Protocol Engine


The Covid-19 crisis has highlighted more than ever the need for crystal clear communication of complex information, to multiple and very different audiences.

However, even before Covid this was becoming an growing challenge for brands. Greater access to data allows for deeper audience segmentation and brands are expected to have a presence on an increasing number of channels. Not all audience members need to know every piece of available information, but knowing how to create the right message, for the right channel, shared at the right moment it is becoming a more complicated and time-consuming challenge.

This is why we created the Protocol Engine. This research project aims to help brands better understand how to convert complex content into digestible content for the correct audience.
